Refund & Liability Policy

Effective July 30, 2026.

This interim policy applies only to the informational ProgramMetrics website, visitor email inquiries, and the current inactive product presentation.

Checkout, payment processing, customer file uploads, paid outputs, and Studio access are currently unavailable. No current website payment exists to refund, and this policy does not describe an active refund process.

Before any product becomes available, its published terms will identify the fixed scope, price, fulfillment boundary, cancellation rules, and any applicable refund conditions. The eight One-Time Analytics tiers, planned Studio subscriptions, and separately licensed templates or workflow apps remain separate offers.

Future ProgramMetrics outputs will be reporting-preparation tools. Users will remain responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

This interim policy does not establish liability terms for unavailable paid services. Any future liability terms will be stated in the policies that apply when those services are activated.

Any future use will be limited to properly de-identified, structured data that the customer is legally authorized to analyze. Names, contact details, government, medical-record or student-identification numbers, full dates of birth, payment-card or banking data, credentials, authentication tokens, security secrets, identifiable health information including PHI, FERPA-protected identifiable education records, and other regulated identifiable data are prohibited. Customers must de-identify data before submission; ProgramMetrics does not perform legal de-identification or certify HIPAA, FERPA, or other regulatory compliance.

This policy may be updated before checkout, uploads, paid services, or customer access are activated.
